What industries do you work with?

While my deepest experience is in healthcare, retail, operations and technology, the frameworks and methodologies I use are industry-agnostic. I've successfully applied enterprise learning principles across manufacturing, financial services, and professional services.

Do you work with start-up and mid-market companies?

Absolutely. My Fortune 1 experience means I understand what "good" looks like at scale, and I can help start-up and mid-market organizations build toward that level of capability without the overhead and complexity. Many of my most impactful engagements have been with companies in the 500-5,000 employee range.

What's your availability?

I intentionally maintain limited capacity to ensure deep focus on each engagement. I typically work with 2-3 consulting clients at a time, plus advisory relationships. It's best to reach out early to discuss timing and fit.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, I work with clients nationally and internationally. While I'm based in Northwest Arkansas, most engagements are conducted remotely with periodic on-site sessions for workshops, executive alignment, or program launches.
